The Versalift VO-455-MHI on a 2025 International MV607 4×2 is an insulated overcenter bucket truck built for electric utilities and line contractors who need real reach, material handling, and payload on a Class 6/7 chassis. With 60.8 ft working height, 48.4 ft horizontal reach and 700 lb platform capacity, this unit is well suited for distribution, transmission support work, storm response, and general overhead line maintenance across the Upper Midwest.
This configuration runs a full-hydraulic, open-center system with PTO pump, non-lube bearings, and continuous 360° boom rotation for simple operation and easy maintenance. Dual insulation gaps, generous boom articulation, and material-handling capability at the lower boom eye give crews flexibility to lift men and material safely. Steel utility body storage, MV607 wheelbase, and smart weight distribution provide usable payload without overloading axles.
