The Versalift VST-55HDI aerial platform lift is mounted on a Ford F-600 chassis with the following specifications:
- Platform Capacity: 600 lbs.
- Control System: TruGuard™ dielectric isolating system with right-hand single-stick control, isolated handles, and full hydraulic controls.
- Platform Rotator: Hydraulic
- Jib: Hydraulic dual arm articulating jib pole and winch package with 1,000 lbs. capacity, including insulated jib pole.
- Rotation: 360° continuous rotation with slip rings.
- Hydraulic System: Six (6) GPM open-center hydraulic system with a 3000 psi operating pressure.
- Boom Design: Side-mounted telescopic upper boom with a fiberglass inner boom providing a 54" insulation gap.
- Chassis Insulation: Fiberglass lower boom insert providing a 12" insulation gap.
- Inner Boom Finish: White urethane paint over a white gel coat.
- Bearings: Non-lube bearings throughout.
- Hydraulic Tool Outlets: One (1) set with pressure limit valve (adjustable from 1000 to 2500 psi).
- Outriggers: Subframe-mounted main A-frame outriggers with pivot feet, two control valves, and a selector valve. Auxiliary independent narrow knock-down A-frame outriggers with pivot feet. Outrigger boom interlock system for main and auxiliary outriggers.
- Reservoir: Integral reservoir with a 17-gallon capacity and dual sight gauges.
- Platform: Side-mounted closed heavy-duty one-step 24" X 48" X 42" fiberglass platform with liner and vinyl cover.
- Controls: Individual full-pressure controls at the turret with selector valve to override upper controls.
- Backup Pump: 12-volt DC backup pump for all boom functions.
- Additional Features: Automatic throttle control, auto boom latch, standard white urethane paint, safety harness and lanyard, operator and service manuals.
