The Versalift VN-555-MHI is a 60.6 ft insulated, non-overcenter material handling bucket truck built on a 2025 International HV607 4×4 chassis with a Reading 156″ line body. This unit is aimed at electric utilities, telecom, sign/lighting, and municipal fleets that need serious side reach (42.1 ft), 700 lb platform capacity, and up to 2,000 lb material handling off the jib while staying under a 33,000 lb GVWR chassis.
The VN-555-MHI features 360° continuous rotation, 192° upper boom articulation, 120° lower boom articulation, single or two-man platform options, and an open-center hydraulic system operating up to 3,000 psi. Insulation gaps of up to 9 ft in the upper boom and 18 in in the lower boom provide Category C insulated performance. The Reading line body is laid out for real line work — vertical compartments with adjustable shelving and hooks, hot stick storage, wheel chock pockets, tail shelf, outrigger pad storage, and rear work lighting make this a true day-in, day-out line truck.
