This Versalift VANTEL-29-NE articulated telescopic van-mounted aerial lift on a 2026 Ford F-550 4×4 is purpose-built for telecom splicing and mobile tech work. With a 33.1 ft working height, up to 22.7 ft horizontal reach (23.1 ft with positioner), and 350 lb platform capacity, it gives line crews plenty of reach in a compact package that’s easy to maneuver in tight urban and neighborhood rights-of-way across the Upper Midwest.
The open-center hydraulic system runs at 2 gpm and 2250 psi with 10-micron return / 100-mesh suction filtration, and a 12V backup pump plus handheld remote lower controls provide redundancy and safer recovery. A 180° manual platform positioner, 120V receptacle and pneumatic circuit at the platform, two-speed boom controls, and ~1,500 lb lift payload (as shown) make this a versatile splicing and service unit for telecommunications fleets that need reliable, non-insulated bucket capability on a 4×4 chassis.
