Superior Strength Front Wall:
We employ a 7-post front wall construction along with heavy-duty extruded aluminum radius corners for uncompromising strength. Optional scuff plates extend below the floor, welded to the front cross member to withstand abuse from forklifts.
Domestic Hardwood Floors:
Exclusively using 1-1/8” or thicker laminated domestic hardwood running the full length of the body ensures durability, eliminating concerns about delamination or warping down the road.
Understructure & Undercoating:
To protect against the harsh environment, the underside is coated with a durable weatherproof undercoating once the body is installed, sealing the interior. Steel wheel pans are standard over the wheel area unless the body is going on a tandem axle chassis.
