The Spaulding Roadsaver Asphalt Patcher Trailer is designed for demanding municipal and construction applications throughout the Midwest, including Minnesota. Available in 2, 3, and 4 ton capacities, it is built on a rugged steel trailer frame with either a single or tandem axle setup, complete with electric brakes and safety breakaway features. This asphalt patcher is powered by a 105,000 BTU diesel or propane heating system, ensuring your patching material stays at the right temperature thanks to automatic temperature control and full hopper insulation.
All hopper and deck surfaces are heated, using durable 1/4” steel construction and a triple-wall insulated design to resist deformation and maintain performance. The equipment is NATM compliant, comes with sandblasted and urethane finishes for corrosion resistance, and features user-friendly curbside operating controls.
